About Trapholt
Trapholt is a museum for the whole family. And the museum is just as fascinating for 7-year-olds as it is for 43-year-olds. You can curate your very own exhibition. Explore and find the works that matter to you. Maybe it’s something with fun colours. Or what you as a family find exciting. Or something else entirely... Using a disc-shaped token, you can select artworks and design your very own exhibition. Suitable for all children, aged 5 to 99.

Exciting challenges and zones for busy little fingers
For all major exhibitions, we create special challenges or games to make art and design speak to children. They're completely free of charge. In all exhibitions you'll also find fun sensory boxes or other things you can touch and play with.

For the little ones
...there's an art hunt where you have to search for animal tracks. The hunt takes place in the cellar, where your mission is to find artworks of animals.
Don't forget that we also have a fantastic park with the most amazing views of Kolding Fjord. Please visit the park if you need a break to enjoy nature and/or burn off some energy.
