Can I bring my dog with me? 

Many hotels accept that you bring your dog. On the page Hotel offers, you can do a search and see which places allow you to bring your dog. 

It is, however, important that you inform about this when making your hotel reservation. Therefore we recommend that you make your reservation via our customer service on tel.: +45 75 64 87 00. We are open on all workdays from 8.30-16.00. 

Please note that most hotels charge a fixed amount per night or per stay for this service. 

Can I park by the hotel? 

Most hotels have their own free parking spaces. You can find information about the individual hotel by searching for it in the search engine on the main page of this website. Check under facilities where you will find information about parking. 

When can I check in? 

Arrival and departure times vary from hotel to hotel. Generally, however, you can arrive at 15.00. You will find information about arrival times here on this website under the individual hotel. Use the search engine on the main page of this website. 

When must I check out? 

Departure times vary from hotel to hotel. Generally, however, departure is usually 11.00 at the latest. You will find information about departure times here on this website under the individual hotel. Use the search engine on the main page of this website. 

Will I receive an order confirmation upon reservation? 

Upon completing your hotel reservation, you will receive confirmation via e-mail – alternatively when booking over the telephone, you receive a reservation number. 

How is payment made?

You must pay at your hotel upon departure. However, when making a reservation, you must give your credit card number to guarantee your arrival. We will not withdraw any money from your credit card. You can of course pay with a Small Danish Hotels gift voucher. 

Do I have to pay a deposit? 

You do not have to pay a deposit. 

Do I have to make a reservation in the restaurant? 

If your stay includes dinner in the restaurant, you do not have to do anything further. If this is not the case, however, we recommend that you make a reservation in the restaurant. 

Can I cancel my reservation? 

Generally, you can always cancel your reservation until 18.00 on the day before arrival. Cancellations can be made here on this website or by tel.: +45 75 64 87 00

What do I do in the case of illness?

When contacting Small Danish Hotels on the date of arrival, it will be up to the hotel to decide whether the booking can be cancelled or alternatively moved to another date.

Does my room have a bath and a toilet?

If you book your stay via Small Danish Hotels, you are guaranteed a room with bath and toilet.

Where can I use my gift voucher?

Small Danish Hotels gift vouchers can be used as payment in all inns, hotels, castles, and manors that are members of Small Danish Hotels. For a list, please see "Booking" or order brochure. Small Danish Hotels gift vouchers can also be used with our partners in Private Hotels Europe.

Gift vouchers can be spent on both hotel stays and in restaurants.

For how long is my gift voucher valid?

The gift voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. You can always see the time of validity on your gift voucher.
