Reservation and payment
Our online booking service on this website is accessible 24 hours a day for the entire year. If you prefer personal service, you are of course welcome to call our customer service on tel.: +45 75 64 87 00. We are open on all workdays from 8.30-16.00.
Upon completing your hotel reservation, you will receive confirmation via e-mail – alternatively when booking over the telephone, you receive a reservation number.
When and how is the reservation to be paid?
When making a reservation, you must give your credit card number to guarantee your arrival. We will not charge your credit card. Payment will be made in the hotel upon departure. Remember, you can cancel your reservation up until the day before arrival, unless other terms are stated on your order confirmation.
