Cancelling your reservation
Generally, you can always cancel your reservation until 18.00 on the day before arrival. Cancellations can be made here on this website (left side of the screen) or via tel.: +45 75 64 87 00.
Outside of our opening hours (all workdays from 8-30-16.00), please contact your hotel directly. On your order confirmation, you can find precise terms of cancellation.
Infants and children
Children aged 0-3 can sleep in their parents’ bed or in your own cot if you brought one with you. If you bring your own duvet, pillow and sheet, the hotel can also provide a cot for you free of charge. If you are in need of a cot, please inform your hotel well in advance. The hotel may charge 50 DKK per day for breakfast for your child.
Children aged 4-12 must pay for an extra bed in their parents’ room, regardless of whether this is used or not. In order for this extra bed to be made, two guests paying the full charge must be staying in the room. This means that your child may have to pay the adult charge if you live alone with your child in a double room.
