Take a walk in the past
Romsø is an uninhabited island, around 6 nautical miles northeast of Kerteminde.
The island is inhabited by grassing deer, birds of many different species and insects. Besides the animals, one can see the old lighthouse the old houses that is now more or less used during hunting season.
Romsø is not a tourist attraction. It is simply just a nature experience, where you can get away from the noise and breath deeply for a few hours.
Day trip:
From 1. of April to the 31. Of August the boat sails:
Every Wednesday and Saturday.
Leave time: 09:00 am – arrival: 09:45 am.
Leave time from Romsø: 2:00 pm – arrival: 3:00 pm.
You have to pre-order your spot on the boat because there is only room for 17 people.
