The church is an annex to Kyndby church and used to be under the jurisdiction of Svanholm Manor.The church has from time immemorial stood alone in the gentle hills of the landscape.Krogstrup Kirkeby, the village attached to the church, was left deserted by the Black Plague in the mid 1400s and has since disappeared entirely.Since then, many restorations and extensions have taken place.The church was last renovated in 1971. Contact the Vicar of Kyndby to arrange a tour of the church.
