The church in Bederslev dates back to the year 1200, however the church got its present look in 1896 when it was renovated.
The Romanesque church was made of boulders and dedicated to St. Nicholas, and it had a wooden church tower.
In 2000, the church received a new altarpiece made by Arne Haugen Sørensen, and it depicts the Judas Kiss.
In 2002, the church was painted in bright, almost breathtaking colours.
