At the GAS Museum, things are not as they used to be.
The place where you once explored fascinating exhibitions and felt the history of gas and energy in Denmark has undergone a magical transformation this year.
The Flower Man Johnny Haugaard has taken over the rustic setting.
In July and August, you can look forward to the breathtaking flower exhibition “DENMARK”, created by a multitude of creative volunteers – with Johnny Haugaard as the visionary behind it all.
Like Johnny’s previous exhibitions, this one will be a captivating story that inspires wonder, admiration, and a new perspective on the power and creative potential of nature.
Look forward to an exhibition featuring runestones, glimpses of both Thyra and Gorm the Old – and even the Völva from Fyrkat right here in Hobro.
The Midgard Serpent in Hobro
The giant Midgard Serpent also begins its journey at the GAS Museum in Hobro – stretching 4.5 km through the city, all the way to Fyrkat.
So set your course for the GAS Museum and prepare for a summer full of magical experiences.
Both the flower exhibition and the Midgard Serpent can be seen in July and August.
