KunstVærket - artist organisation in Augustenborg on the island of Als

The town of Augustenborg is centrally located on the island of Als and here you will find a true art mecca.

KunstVærket in Augustenborg is not an actual gallery, but a community centre where artists have workshops and can benefit from the symbiosis and inspiration created when several art forms come together under one roof.

The artists at KunstVærket often use the exhibition centre KunstPunkt, which is located in the former post office.

If you want to meet the artists and look over their shoulders and perhaps become inspired, visit KunstVærket on the last weekend of the month from January to November, where there is an open house on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

While you're in the beautiful town, a visit to KunstPunkt and Augustiana Art Gallery and Art Park will be obvious, not forgetting Augustenborg Art Project, which is just around the corner and where you can enjoy a delicious lunch in the café.
