Lise and Dirch Jans are highly skilled and professional potters with over 30 years of experiences in this ancient craft. During winter, Lise and Dirch work from their pottery studio in Macclesfield, South Australia and in summer, the pair resides on Bornholm.

Inspired by the unique colours of the Australian landscape and the gentle forms of the countryside on Bornholm, Lise and Dirch produce a unique selection of both functional and artistic pottery that reflects a deep sense of appreciation.

Their tableware combines interesting form and function with stylish décor, incorporating interesting decorations and hand-modeled figures.

A visit to their workshop will be a unique experience as you observe the artists at work. In their gallery, a diverse selection of exciting and exceptionally hand-crafted stoneware is on display
