The predominantly southeast-northwest orientation of the glacial landscape elements reflects the movement pattern of the youngest ice streams, 17-19,000 years before present.
High diversity of Holocene coastal forms linking the area's formerly independent small moraine islands, including double-tombolo formations and seawalls.
In addition, marine forelands with salt marshes, beach lakes and odd formations.
