If you have stayed or spent the night at one of our hotels but your points have not been registered later than 8 days after departure, or if the registration is incorrect, it is possible to have this retrospectively registered or corrected for up to 6 months after the day of departure.

We will then manually register your points - typically within 1-3 business days. If you fill in all the information in the form, it will expedite the process.
