Bøvling Valgmenighedskirke, "Mariekirken"
Take a walk in the past
Bøvling Grundtvigian Church also called Marie’s Church.
In Bøvling town near the village hall, you find Marie’s Church which was originally built in 1875 as a simple building, but it changed completely by a radical transformation around 1920 under the clear influence from Jens Klint’s “master builder school”.
In its present form, it appears as a white cross church with a fairly low west tower.
The church is only open by appointment with the vicar.
