After booking a hotel stay you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can have your reservation number provided per. telephone. We take certain reservations for printing errors and wording errors.

Payment for your stay is made at the hotel on departure. However, when booking online, you must always provide your credit card number to guarantee your arrival. We do not deduct money from your credit card.

You can of course pay with Small Danish Hotel's gift card.

You can cancel your hotel stay until the day before arrival, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.

No, you do not have to pay deposit when staying at inns and hotels in Small Danish Hotels.
