Lundø Church
Take a walk in the past
The church is built of fieldstones mixed with mediaeval large bricks. The church was probably built in the middle or end of the 14th century, meaning in the Gothic of the best period. I the Middle Ages, Lundø Church functioned as chapel-of-ease to Viborg Cathedral, which might explain the extremely high quality mediaeval church art found here.
