Hvidbjerg Vesten Aa Church is one of the country's best-preserved Romanesque village churches in West Jutland style. The church is from around 1100.
The building consists of a Romanesque apse, chancel and nave with porch to the south from the 19th century.
The altarpiece of the Lutheran flute type is from the end of the 16th century. The candlesticks are from 1606. The granite baptismal font is of the Thybo type.
There is no tower. In the cemetery is a large belfry built of stranding timber.
